Reservations / pre-orders
Rhythm Ring is a product currently in development. A “reservation” is a pre-order that secures your place in line; it is not a guarantee of a specific delivery date, final price, or final feature set, all of which may change as the product is finalized. We’ll keep you informed of material changes.
Pricing & payment
All prices are in USD. Your reservation amount is charged at the time you reserve, through our third-party payment processor. We may correct pricing errors and will notify you before fulfilling any affected order.
Refunds & cancellations
Your reservation is fully refundable — you may cancel for a full refund at any time before your unit ships by emailing [email protected].

No warranty / limitation of liability
The Site and any pre-release information are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhythm Technologies LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or a reservation, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us.
Intellectual property
All content, branding, and the “Rhythm Ring” name and logo are owned by us and may not be used without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
